MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
A 60-year-old Clubb man was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 3:15 p.m. Friday, April 17, on Highway 34, six miles east of U.S. Highway 67.
According to the report, Harold G. McGhee was operating a 1997 Lincoln Town Car eastbound when it crossed the center of the road, ran off the left side and struck a tree.
McGhee suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Two area men were killed in a two-vehicle accident at 11:04 a.m. Friday, April 17, on Highway AB, two miles west of Scott City in Cape Girardeau County.
According to the report, Mark D. Lincoln, 44, of Cape Girardeau was operating a 2006 Mazda 3 westbound when it crossed the roadway into the path of a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser operated by Sarah E. King, 30, of Oak Ridge, causing a head-on collision.
King suffered serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
King’s passenger, Jason L. Harris, 45, of Chaffee and Lincoln were pronounced dead at the scene by Cape Girardeau County assistant coroner Dennis Turner.
Lincoln and Harris are the 11th and 12th fatalities in Troop E this year.

Jerome N. Cole, 42, of Doniphan was arrested at 10:46 p.m. Friday, April 17, on a warrant for probation violation for illegal possession of weapon. He was booked into the Ripley County Sheriff’s Department.

Todd M. Ainsworth, 18, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 10:18 p.m. Friday, April 17, on suspicion of DWI ,possession of marijuana and speeding. He was booked at the Stoddard County Jail and released.

Kasey A. Kilgore, 33, of Houston, Texas, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. Friday, April 17, in Wayne County on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of fewer than 10 grams of marijuana, no valid license and speeding. He was released.

Alex Michael Govoni, 26, of the 1200 block of Grand Avenue was booked at the Butler County jail Friday, April 17, on a failure to appear warrant for stealing and warrants for two counts of violation of an ex-parte/full order of protection, second-degree burglary and first-degree burglary.

Zechariah Roy McDonald, 18, of the 1900 block of Wallace Street was booked at the Butler County jail Friday, April 17, on suspicion of driving while revoked/suspended, possession of fewer than 10 grams of marijuana, speeding and first-degree tempering with a motor vehicle. He later was released.

BLOOMFIELD — Carroll W. Henson, 74 of Dongolia, Ill. was booked at the Stoddard County Jail on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving, second-degree assault, two counts of resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing, creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death and DWI (serious physical injury).
