A 54-year-old Poplar Bluff man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 5:35 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, on County Road 451, four miles north of Stringtown.

According to the report, Francisco T. Villa was operating a 1997 Ford pickup northbound when he swerved to miss a deer, which caused his truck to run off the road and overturn.

Villa suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

An 11-year-old Greenville resident was injured in an utility-task vehicle crash at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 13, on private property, five miles east of Silva.

According to the report, a boy was operating a northbound 2016 Polaris UTV, which started sliding as it was going downhill and overturned.

The boy suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

David Scott Brinkman, 25, of the 2000 block of County Road 523 was arrested at 9:23 a.m. Monday, April 13, in the 1200 block of Gardner Street on suspicion of first-degree burglary. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Derrick Kentrail Leonard, 17, of Kennett was arrested at 9:22 a.m. Monday, April 13, in the 1500 block of North Westwood Boulevard on suspicion of second-degree burglary, stealing and possession of marijuana. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

James Armond Clark, 19, who listed Poplar Bluff and Memphis, Tennessee, addresses, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Monday, April 13, at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources on suspicion of possession of stolen firearm. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

STODDARD COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

BLOOMFIELD — Matthew Stanton Snider, 27, of Dexter was booked at the Stoddard County Jail on a warrant for first-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
