An employee at United Gospel Rescue Mission reported at 7:35 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, the front door glass was damaged.

Officers responded at 10:21 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, to SEMO Behavioral Health at 101 S. Main St. for an adult female trying to damage windows and shouting her chest was going to explode. The patient was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Dominica Birkenmeier reported at 12:03 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, someone passed a forged check drawn on her account.

Tamisha Tilson advised at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, an ex-boyfriend broke into her apartment in the 600 block of Kinzer Street, struck her in the face, and left.

Jewelyan Gooch, 22, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, in the 2600 block of North Westwood Boulevard on a Butler County failure to appear warrant for larceny. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Angela Allred, 37, of Rolla was arrested at 4:11 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, at a residence in the 600 block of Kinzer Street on a Corning, Arkansas failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and stealing. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Tammy Swift reported at 5:38 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, she lost a tie-dyed cigarette case with cash and debit cards on the parking lot at McDonald’s at 550 Highway 53.

Officers responded at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, to a report of shots fired in the 600 block of North Main street. Upon arrival, Officer Kristopher Rhinehart stopped to speak with a group of juveniles outside an apartment complex. One of the juveniles concealed a pistol behind the tire of a vehicle on the lot and fled on foot. Other officers pursued, but the juvenile escaped. Officer Rhinehart collected the pistol and it was seized and placed into evidence. The weapon was test-fired for comparison to shell casings collected from recent shootings in the area. The matter was referred to the Juvenile Office.

Kathy Partenberry reported at 10:49 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, her daughter Tiffany Partenberry, 35, of Poplar Bluff assaulted her, took her phone while at a residence in the 300 block of Bartlett Street. Tiffany Partenberry was arrested near the scene on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree robbery. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 4:09 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, to the 1000 block of South Broadway for a drug overdose. EMS administered several doses of Narcan, and the victim woke and refused further medical treatment.
