Gary Smith reported at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, someone had dumped several bags of garbage on his property in the 1500 block of Bradley Street.

Kristen Goodwin, 34, Poplar Bluff was cited at 2:07 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, on North 9th Street for a vehicle license violation and having no insurance. Her vehicle was impounded and towed.

Miracle Williams, 25, Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, in the 1600 block of South 14th Street on suspicion of violating an order of protection. She was transported to Butler County jail.

Jason Payne reported at 2:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, someone knocked the outside rearview mirror off his truck while it was parked in the 900 block of West Maud Street. A search of the area revealed several other vehicles had been vandalized in the same manner.
MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
A 75-year-old man sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, on Highway PP, two miles west of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, John T. Farley, 75, of Poplar Bluff was operating a 2004 Chevrolet Impala eastbound when it traveled off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned.
Farley was transported by Butler County EMS to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Dakota D. Hall, 22, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 5:07 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, in Wayne County on a Butler County felony warrant for delivery of a controlled substance and suspicion of felony possession of ecstasy (one gram). He was booked at the Wayne County jail.

Kimberly J. Harrison, 50, of Malden was arrested at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, in Stoddard County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol) and careless and imprudent driving. She was released.
