City firefighters responded at 7:04 p.m. Thursday, July 15, to a call to assist a caretaker at 2605 North 14th St. needing help getting a physically disabled person at the residence up off the floor and into a chair. According to the report, firefighters arrived with EMS and moved the person from the floor into a chair.
