Ethan G. Amann, 25, who listed North B Street and South Seventh Street addresses, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6, at 1040 S. Broadway on a probation violation warrant for second-degree burglary. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Wesley J. Huey, 19, of Dexter was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Monday. Dec. 6, in Stoddard County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol) and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash. He was released.

A 49-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7, on Highway 53, five miles south of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, Gayla R. Ogelvie, 49, of Broseley was operating a 2003 Buick LeSabre northbound when it ran off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.
Ogelvie was transported by Butler County EMS to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
