Two Poplar Bluff residents suffered minor injuries when a vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a building at 12:55 p.m. Saturday, May 15, at Royal Lane at Highway T in Wappapello.
According to the report, a 2005 Ford F150 driven by Tony V. Wooden, 27, of Poplar Bluff struck a building at the Royal Lane and Highway T intersection. He, along with his passenger, Alexis M. Wooden, 25, were transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

A 55-year-old Poplar Bluff woman suffered serious injuries at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 15, when her vehicle ran off the roadway, went airborne and struck an embankment on Missouri Highway V, 11 miles south of Piedmont.
According to the report, Pamela J. Odom was driving a 2014 Nissan when she was injured. She was taken by emergency medical services to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

According to the report, Alanna D. Newman, 34, of Poplar Bluff was driving a 1995 Chevrolet K1500 when her vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a ditch on County Road 302, three miles south of Poplar Bluff, at 10:45 p.m. Friday, May 14. She was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

According to the report, a 16-year-old male juvenile of Naylor received minor injures at 10:15 p.m. Friday, May 14, three miles west of Harviell on Missouri Highway 158 when a 2019 Ford Ranger driven by William H. Bess, 64, of Jackson, Missouri, backed into oncoming traffic and into the juvenile’s path. The juvenile was taken by private vehicle to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

According to the report, a 7-year-old female juvenile of Wappapello suffered serious injuries at 7:12 p.m. Friday, May 14, when the 1998 Toyota Camry in which she was a passenger crossed the center of the roadway, struck an embankment and a 2006 Jeep Commander. The Toyota Camry was driven by Talon W. Simpson, 31, of Advance. The juvenile was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. The second vehicle apparently was parked.

Jeremy T. Freeman, 33, of Winona suffered moderate injuries at 9 p.m. Saturday, May 15, when his 2018 Ram 3500 traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck the ditch embankment on US 60, 244 feet east of Van Buren. He was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Haley A. Harner, 56, of Van Buren suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 3:35 p.m. Saturday, May 15, on Skyline Drive, five miles south of Van Buren. She was taken by air ambulance to Cox South in Springfield. Harner was a passenger in a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Joseph N. Harner, 54, of Van Buren. According to the reports, the Harner vehicle travelled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Seals, 29, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:07 a.m. Friday, May 14, in Butler County on a Poplar Bluff Police Department failure to appear warrant for no license, suspicion of possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Butler County jail.
