From Staff Reports A Piedmont woman suffered serious injuries at 12:45 p.m. Monday, June 21, when the vehicle she was driving ran off the left side of Highway 67 and overturned, ejecting her. Brooke M. Cave, 21, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe southbound when it left the roadway four miles north of Poplar Bluff. A Piedmont woman suffered serious injuries at 12:45 p.m. Monday, June 21, when the vehicle she was driving ran off the left side of Highway 67 and overturned, ejecting her.

Brooke M. Cave, 21, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe southbound when it left the roadway four miles north of Poplar Bluff. According to the highway patrol reports, she was not wearing a safety device.

Cave was taken by Butler County EMS to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Her passenger, Tanner C. Jimerson, 26, of Piedmont was not injured.
