City firefighters responded at 8:14 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, to a report of an unauthorized burn in the 900 block of Nooney Street.
According to the report, firefighters found a fire burning unattended behind 922 Nooney St. and used 10 gallons of water to put out the fire.

City firefighters responded at 7:16 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, to a motor-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highland Drive and Meadowbrook Lane.
According to the report, firefighters assisted emergency-medical-services personnel in loading one patient for transport.

City firefighters responded at 2:17 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, to a report of a person possibly having a seizure at 700 Highway 53.
According to the report, firefighters found a man, who had been weed trimming, collapsed on the ground. Firefighters checked the man’s vitals and gave him a bottle of water.
The man reported he had been weed trimming when he blacked out. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital for treatment.
