City firefighters responded at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, to a report of a trash fire at the 842 Poplar St. residence occupied by Roy Daves.
According to the report, firefighters found Daves burning trash in his backyard. Firefighters used 20 gallons of water to put out the fire and told Daves about the city’s burn ordinance.
