City firefighters responded at 5:23 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a structure fire at 201 S. Main St., owned by Dianna Buhler.
According to the report, firefighters arrived to find a sofa on fire outside the building on the sidewalk. Firefighters used 15 gallons of water to put out the fire.
The outside of the building reportedly received a small amount of smoke damage and a window cracked from the heat.
Buhler reportedly let firefighters into the building to check for damage. None was found.

City firefighters responded at 6:29 p.m. Tuesday to a motor-vehicle crash at 2114 N. Westwood Blvd.
According to the report, firefighters assisted emergency-medical-services personnel in packaging and loading two people for transport to area hospitals for treatment.
Firefighters used 200 gallons of water, Hydrobreak and an absorbent to removed debris from the road. Firefighters remained on the scene until the vehicles were removed.

City firefighters responded at 5:06 p.m. Tuesday to an alarm at the 817 W. Victor St. residence occupied by Patrick Oxley. It was investigation only.

City firefighters responded at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday to a report of mattresses being burned at the 1818 Woodrow St. residence occupied by Linda Brown and owned by Bruce Jenkins.
According to the report, firefighters arrived to find a smoldering fire, where mattresses and other trash were being burned.
Firefighters used 20 gallons of water to put out the fire and told Brown about the city’s burn ordinance.

City firefighters responded at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday to a motor-vehicle crash in front of Alan’s Muffler at 1901 S. Broadway.
According to the report, firefighters used 20 gallons of water to remove antifreeze from the road and remained on the scene until the vehicles were removed.
