A 23-year-old Pollard, Ark., woman was killed and five others seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash at 8:34 p.m. Saturday on U.S. 62, four miles east of Campbell, Mo. A 23-year-old Pollard, Ark., woman was killed and five others seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash at 8:34 p.m. Saturday on U.S. 62, four miles east of Campbell, Mo.

According to the report, Austin R. Pruitt, 24, of Piggott, Ark., was operating a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue westbound when it crossed the center line and struck a 2007 Cadillac being driven eastbound by Amy J. Colbert, 44, of Sikeston, Mo.

Pruitt suffered serious injuries, while his 23-year-old passenger, Harley N. Clifford, was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:46 p.m. by Dunklin County Coroner James Powell.

Pruitt was flown to Region One Health in Memphis, Tenn., for treatment.

Amy Colbert and her passengers, Aurelia Colbert, 11, of Sikeston, and James Colbert, 20, and Justice D. Flores-Brown, 20, both of Campbell, Mo., also suffered serious injuries.

Amy Colbert and James Colbert were taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Aurelia Colbert was flown to LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis for treatment.

Flores-Brown also was flown to Region One Health in Memphis for treatment.
