Officers responded Saturday, Aug. 24 to the 100 Block of South 8th Street about stealing. The victim stated he had an AC unit and copper pipes stolen from his residence.

Officers responded Saturday, Aug. 24 to the 1300 Block of North Westwood Boulevard about threats. Contact was made with the manager who stated she terminated an employee and the employee made threats toward her. Charges were sent to the Butler County Justice Center.

Officers responded Saturday, Aug. 24 to the 700 Block of Kinzer Street about Threats. Contact was made with the victim who stated two male subjects got into a verbal argument and was made to leave the property before Officers arrival. One of the subjects continued to make threats until the police were called. Nobody wished to pursue charges.

Jacqueline Alsup, 36, of Poplar Bluff was arrested Saturday, Aug. 24 on a Carter County warrant during a traffic stop. Alsup vehicle was towed by Casey’s Towing for not having insurance. Alsup was issued five citations and she was lodged in the Butler County Justice Center.

Officers responded Saturday, Aug. 24 to the front desk of the police station in reference to a stolen vehicle. The victim stated he left his vehicle parked behind Haffy’s and when he returned the vehicle was gone. Later that night the MSHP located the vehicle on Hwy O, it had been abandoned after it had been involved in a motor vehicle crash.

Officers responded Saturday, Aug. 24 to the 1200 Block of Bradley Street about a Domestic Assault. Contact was made with both parties and they were separated. Both were advised of the Missouri Domestic Law.

Kyle Moore, 20, of Poplar Bluff was arrested Saturday, Aug. 24 for fourth-degree assault. Moore was processed and released on his own recognizance.
