Carl Edwin Wiley, 83, of Naylor, passed away July 29 at his residence. He was Born May 4, 1941. Visitation will be August 2, 2024 starting at 12 noon with funeral following at 1 pm, all in the Fowler and Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville. Burial will be in the Gum Cemetery near Naylor.
