A crash north of Neelyville killed three people and seriously injured one last night. Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop E responded to a head-on collision at 7:26 p.m. on Highway 67 Neelyville. A crash near Neelyville on Friday killed four people.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop E responded to a head-on collision at 7:26 p.m. March 22 on Highway 67, north of Neelyville. A southbound 2023 Toyota 4Runner operated by Andrea Brewer, 36, of Ellington had crossed the centerline and struck a 2016 Ford F-150 operated by Randall Tittsworth, 61, of Camp Point, Illinois.

Brewer and Tittsworth were both pronounced dead at the scene by Butler County coroner Jim Akers at 7:32 p.m. A 15-year-old female passenger in Brewer’s vehicle was pronounced dead at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at 8:32 p.m.

Kristi C. Heaton of Little Rock, Arkansas was a passenger in Tittsworth’s vehicle; she was transported by helicopter to Regional One Medical in Memphis, Tennessee in serious condition. She died at 4:32 a.m. Sunday.

Neither occupant of Brewer’s vehicle was wearing a seat belt.

The deceased are the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th fatalities for Troop E this year.
