Gov. Mike Parson honored Robert “Bobby” Baugh, facility manager for the Sierra Osage Treatment Center, in his 2025 budget brief.
The brief included a highlight of Baugh’s December 2022 graduation from the Missouri Leadership Academy and pivotal influence within the Department of Social Services. Baugh has served seven years with the department, working his way up from a youth specialist to his present leadership position, the brief stated.
“The highlight on Bobby is well deserved. He and I were in the same Missouri Leadership Academy class and on the same Capstone team. He was a great team member who taught me a lot about leadership. It was an honor to have worked with him during MLA.“ said a fellow classmate of the Missouri Leadership Academy.
The governor’s brief emphasized Baugh’s distinguished leadership and his example of success for future MLA graduates.
