Kiara Williams, 20, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, on South Broadway. Williams was booked on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on assault and released on her own recognizance.

Nathan Jones, 27, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, at the Probation and Parole Community Supervision Center at 1441 Black River Industrial Park Road. Jones was booked on a Probation and Parole detainer and held at the Butler County jail.

Shona Bartlett reported at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, a white Nissan sport utility vehicle struck her car on South Westwood Boulevard and left the scene. Bartlett was able to photograph the suspect vehicle.

A silver Pontiac Grand Prix was towed from a traffic stop at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, on Nooney Street after it was determined the driver’s operator’s license was suspended and the vehicle was improperly registered and was not insured. Kendall Collins, 54, of Poplar Bluff was issued traffic tickets and released at the scene.

A gray 2013 Chevrolet Malibu was towed from a traffic stop at 1:43 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, on Fifth Street after it was determined the vehicle was not registered and was not insured. Brandi Dodd, 40, of Poplar Bluff was issued traffic tickets and released at the scene.
