Mary McMahon, 53, of Poplar Bluff was issued traffic citations at 12:13 a.m. Thursday, June 22, during a traffic stop on North Westwood Boulevard after it was determined she had no license and the vehicle was not insured. A silver 2005 Chrysler was impounded and towed. McMahon was released from the scene.

Roland Paisley, 41, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, June 22, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. He was booked in on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on peace disturbance and property damage with a $1,000 bond, and was released on his own recognizance.

Kasey Hulsey reported at 3:47 p.m. Thursday, June 22, her estranged husband called her cell phone in violation of a protection order.

Officers responded to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 22, for a report that an adult female suffering a mental health crisis ran from the facility. The victim was found lying on the side of the road on North Westwood Boulevard. The victim ran toward traffic lanes and resisted efforts to restrain her, she was subdued and returned to the emergency room for evaluation.

Scott Harding reported at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 22, his cell phone was stolen after he left it in the restroom at the Goodwill Thrift Store at 1335 North Westwood Blvd.

Peggy Ledford reported at 6:51 p.m. Thursday, June 22, her car was struck by a black 2012 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle on South Broadway.

Officers responded to a report of a drug overdose at 9:26 p.m. Thursday, June 22, at a residence in the 800 block of Mary Street. EMS administered Narcan. The victim recovered and refused further medical assistance.

Michael Hillis, 51, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 9:51 p.m. Thursday, June 22, at his residence in the 800 block of Franklin Street. Hillis was booked in on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on animal cruelty with a $250 bond and he was released on his own recognizance.

Daniel Moran, 23, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Thursday, June 22, at Walmart Supercenter at 333 South Westwood Blvd. Moran was booked in on a charge of stealing and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

An adult male was detained and identified at 11:22 p.m. Thursday, June 22, on North Westwood Boulevard after he damaged several flag poles lining the roadway. He was released pending a Boy Scouts Organization decision on criminal charges of property damage.

A juvenile female reported at 1:47 a.m. Friday, June 23, she and a friend were confronted by an unidentified white male in the 500 block of Hazel Street. The suspect grabbed the victim and accused her of trying to rob him, then fled the scene. The victim suffered a scratch to her shoulder during the attack.

Charlie Harrison, 26, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:14 a.m. Friday, June 23, at his residence in the 600 block of Lindsay Street. Harrison was booked in on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on traffic offenses with a $1,500 bond and Butler County warrants for failure to appear on traffic offenses.
