Barbara Null

Barbara L. Null, 83, of Wappapello, Missouri, died Friday, May 12, 2023, at her residence.

Mrs. Null was born March 17, 1940, in Puxico, Missouri, daughter of the late Clifford and Katie Mitchell. She enjoyed singing and playing guitar. More than anything, Barbara loved spending time with her family and her greatest joy came from spending time with them.

On April 22, 1960, she married Melvin Kenneth Null. He preceded her in death on July 31, 2021.

She is survived by five children: Kenny (Tammy) Null, Jimmy Null, Stanley Null, Ronda Wolfe, all of Puxico, and Ruthie Quick, of Wappapello; six grandchildren: Kasey Saores, Amy Donner, Tabitha Quick, Roland Wolfe, Makenzie Quick, Baylie Wolfe; four great-grandchildren: Paige and Lukas Saores, Don “Bubba” and Nolan Donner; two siblings: Bonita Copeland of Advance and Doyle Mitchell of Puxico.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was also preceded in death by five brothers: Gordon, Carl, Wayne, David, and Raymond Mitchell, five sisters: Freda McCain, Carolyn Jones, Joyce Hemby, Sylvia Hale, and Ruth Mitchell; and one granddaughter: Sheli Wolfe.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 18, 2023, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dale Holeman officiating. Burial will be at Puxico Cemetery in Puxico. www.whitesandersfuneralhome.com.
