Poplar Bluff Police Department Michael Hunter, 53, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 7:36 a.m. Dec. 16, in the 600 block of West Victor Street. Hunter was booked in on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance with a $20,000 bond, a Warren County warrant for failure to appear on dangerous drugs with no bond set and additional charges of possession of amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rytreveon Ingram, 21, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 7:38 a.m. Dec. 16, on North Main Street at Harper Street. Ingram was booked in on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear on trespass 1st degree, a $1,000 bond was set. He was lodged in the Butler County Jail.

Jada Cora reported a cell phone, sweatshirt, and chain missing from her residence at 8:27 a.m. Dec. 16, in the 2000 block of Thomas Street. Cora suspected houseguests had stolen the items.

An employee at Poplar Bluff High School reported On 9:10 a.m. Dec. 16, several THC vaping devices were found in the possession of a student. The devices were seized and the matter was referred to the juvenile office.

Lauren Casey reported 10 a.m. on Dec. 16, two purses, photo ID, debit/credit cards, and checks were taken from her car in the area of Mike’s Resale at 1015 E. Harper St.

Darion Kinder, 26, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. Dec. 16 at Campbell Transportation at 535 Park St. Kinder was booked in on Butler County warrants for larceny with a $1,000 bond, and failure to appear on possession of heroin with a $40,000 bond. He was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Sherry Irby reported at 12:11 p.m. Dec. 16, her vehicle was vandalized while it was parked at her residence in the 600 block of Cherry Street.

An employee for the City of Poplar Bluff reported at 11:33 a.m. Dec. 16, a tractor was stolen from a shed on Black River Industrial Park Road.

Joan Wayman reported at 2:33 p.m. Dec. 16, two stolen credit cards were used to make unauthorized purchases in Poplar Bluff.

Sarah Burks, 38, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. Dec. 16, on N. Westwood Blvd. Burks was booked in on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on no trash service with a $107 bond set. She was released on her own recognizance.

Officers responded to a report of a drug overdose at 7:32 p.m. Dec. 16, in the parking lot at Ross Dress For Less at 3025 Oak Grove Rd. EMS rendered aid. The victim regained consciousness and refused further medical assistance.

Two juveniles were arrested at 8:47 p.m. Dec. 16, during a traffic stop on W. Vine St. at Ninth St. Their vehicle was impounded and towed from the scene; and firearms and a large jar of suspected marijuana were seized. One of the juveniles was released to a parent at the police station and the other was transported to the juvenile detention facility in Bloomfield.

Katrina Braden, 31, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Dec. 16, during a traffic stop on South Sixth Street at Park Street. Braden was booked in on a probation/parole warrant for parole violation with no bond and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Alison Rainbolt reported at 12 a.m. Dec. 16, a set of Apple airpods were stolen.

Charles Tompkins reported at 6:36 a.m. Dec. 16, prescription medications were stolen from his room at Holiday Inn.

A gold Cadillac DHC was impounded and towed at 9:07 a.m. Dec. 17, during a traffic stop on Second Street at Pine Street after it was determined the vehicle was not properly registered and had no proof of insurance. Driver Bobby Crandell, 21, of Poplar Bluff was issued traffic citations and released at the scene.

An employee at Union Pacific reported at 3:25 p.m. Dec. 17, a vandalism to a locomotive stored at 999 S. Broadway.

Yanming Zhang reported at 3:50 p.m. Dec. 17, his cell phone was stolen from a table at McDonald’s at 550 Hwy 53. The suspect was identified from McDonald’s surveillance video, and the phone was recovered. Zhang did not want to prosecute the suspect.

Officers responded at 4:42 p.m. Dec. 17, to a residence in the 900 block of North Second Street for a domestic disturbance. Both parties were injured during the fight, and neither wanted to press charges.

Misty Hendricks, 34, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. Dec. 17, at Academy Sports at 3095 Oak Grove Rd. Hendricks was booked in on a charge of stealing and she was released on criminal summons.

Officers responded at 8:11 p.m. on Dec. 17, to a residence in the 400 block of North Second Street for a trespassing complaint. The resident claimed unidentified persons were in his apartment and wouldn’t leave. The resident was alone in the apartment, and flourished a firearm while talking to an empty room. The resident admitted to taking prescription and illicit drugs. The firearm was taken for safe-keeping and the victim was transported from the scene by ambulance for treatment.

An employee of Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at 3100 Oak Grove Rd. reported at 8:44 p.m. Dec. 17, she was assaulted by a patient.

A juvenile reported at 10:10 p.m. Dec. 17, she was struck several times by an adult male acquaintance on the parking lot at Fellowship Baptist Church at 3581 N. Westwood Blvd. The investigation continues.

Andrew Iverson, 28, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. Dec. 17, at the Black River Coliseum at 301 S. Fifth St. Iverson was booked in on an Arkansas community corrections warrant for parole violation with no bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Kristen Montgomery, 34, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. on Dec. 17, at her residence in the 500 block of Don Street. Montgomery was booked in on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on stealing with a $250 bond. She was released on her own recognizance.

George Nelson was arrested at 11:13 a.m. Dec. 17 at Save-A-Lot at 451 Highway 53. Nelson was booked on a charge of stealing and he was released pending review by the Butler County Prosecutor.

Officers responded to a reported drug overdose at a residence in the 1900 block of South Broadway at 1:14 p.m. on Dec. 18. The victim was transported from the scene by ambulance.

Kevin Spradling, 40, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on Dec. 18, on North Westwood Boulevard during the investigation of a property damage complaint at Kerr’s Express. Spradling was booked in on a charge of second degree property damage and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Jeremy Murray, 38, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. Dec. 18, at Menard’s at 3105 Oak Grove Rd. Murray was booked in on a charge of stealing and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Michael Reece, 70, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on Dec. 18, during a traffic stop on South Broadway at Ashcroft Road. Reece was booked in on a Butler County warrant for dangerous drugs. A $15,000 bond was set and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.
