On Oct. 17, at 7:16 a.m. officers responded to a residence in the 1500 block of Lynwood for a domestic assault. The parties were separated and charges were referred to the prosecutor.

On Oct. 17, at 8:09 a.m. an employee at Christian Automotive and Tire at 2235 S. Westwood Blvd reported a catalytic converter was stolen from a truck on the lot. A short time later an employee at Schenewerk’s U Haul reported a catalytic converter was stolen from a truck parked on their lot.

On Oct. 17, at 8:30 a.m. an employee at Poplar Bluff Junior High School reported a student was found in possession of a THC vaping device. This matter was referred to the Butler County Juvenile Office.

On Oct. 17, at 10:15 a.m. an employee at Wyatt’s Auto Sales reported the catalytic converters were stolen from six vehicles on their lot.

On Oct. 17, at 10:40 a.m. Stephanie Rose, 38 of Poplar Bluff was arrested during a traffic stop on West Vine St. Rose was booked in on a Poplar Bluff Municipal warrant for failure to appear on no insurance and she was released on bond.

On Oct. 17, at 6:58 p.m. officers responded to a domestic assault complaint in the 1100 block of Benton St. The suspect left the area before the police were called. Charges were referred to the prosecutor.

On Oct. 17, at 9:45 p.m. Terina Bryant, 26, of Poplar Bluff was arrested during a traffic stop on Hwy 53. Bryant was booked in on a Greene County Arkansas warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.
