Hank Hines, 31, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 10:29 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12, at the Probation/Parole Community Supervision Center at 1441 Black River Industrial Park Road. Hines was booked in on a Dunklin County warrant for assault ($500 cash only bond). He was lodged in the Butler County jail.
