Brenda Fay Crum, age 68, of Wappapello, Missouri died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022, at her residence in Wappapello. Mrs. Crum was born May 1, 1954, the daughter of the late Rudolph and Sadie Pearl Zitnak. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, cooking and gardening. More than anything Brenda loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She also loved spoiling her dogs who were like children to her. On Feb. 7, 1997, she married Jimmy Dale Crum. He preceded her in death on May 3, 2018. She is survived by six children: Kelly (Donna) Zitnak of Poplar Bluff, Shelley (James Wann) Holligan of Perryville, Grady (Tammy) Christian of Malden, Chris (Ashley) Christian, Poplar Bluff, Corbin (Terra) Crum and Kegan Crum, both of Wappapello, MO; 19 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; one sister: Debra (Michael) Hurt, Piedmont, MO; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by 3 sisters. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. There will be a private family graveside service.
