FISK, Mo. — Ray Loyd, 78, of Wright City, Missouri, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2021 at Woodland Manor Nursing Center in Arnold, Missouri.
Mr. Loyd was born Oct. 6, 1942 in Fisk, Missouri, son of the late Ted and Ida Loyd.
He is survived by two children: Vincent and Tammy Loyd, both of Wentzville, Missouri; one brother, Kenneth Loyd of Barnhart, Missouri; two sisters: Mary Beyer of Dupo, Illinois, and Christine Aydelott of Caruthersville, Missouri, and three grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Joan Loyd, and four siblings: Pauline Fortner, and Walter, Ralph and Cletis Loyd.
Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Shain Memorial Cemetery in Fisk.
