FISK, Mo. — Verna Sandlin, 86, of Qulin, Missouri, died Friday, Aug. 20, 2021 at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing, in Dexter, Missouri.
Mrs. Sandlin was born Sept. 10, 1934 in Leachville, Arkansas. On Feb. 27, 1973 she married Loyd Sandlin. He preceded her in death Dec. 3, 2001. She is survived by two sons: Loyd Gene Sandlin of Sikeston, Missouri, and Bobby Joe Sandlin of Michigan; two daughters: Sheila McCoy of Dexter, Misouri and Kathy Sandlin of Michigan; one brother: Paul Stearns of Malden, Missouri, several grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m..in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Wayne Curry officiating. Burial will be in Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley, Missouri
