Phillip Ray C.J. Shaver, age 38, of Fisk, Missouri, died Monday, May 10, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Shaver was born January 8, 1983 in Fort Payne, Alabama.
He is survived by his parents, Phillip Ray and Darlene Shaver; his girlfriend, Amy Oden; the mother of his children, Rebecca Shaver; one daughter, Sidney Shaver; two sons, Phillip and Adam Shaver; one stepdaughter, Hannah Thomas; three brothers, Jonathan, Phillip Ray Jr. and Stephen Shaver and one sister, Stephanie Shaver Richie.
He was preceded in death by two siblings, Adam and Cindy.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 12 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at Ash Hill Cemetery in Fisk.
