A.D. Clack, age 90, of Broseley, Missouri, died Friday, April 30, 2021 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Mr. Clack was born December 28, 1930, in Gideon, Missouri, son of the late Thomas and Stella Clack. Mr. Clack lived at Broseley from 1940 to 1950. He moved to St. Louis and worked for the Brotherhood of Teamsters Union Local 600 for 36 years. After retiring, he moved back to Broseley in 1986. He was a member of Ash Hill General Baptist Church.
On April 14, 1951, he married Mary Trumble. She preceded him in death on March 31, 2019.
He is survived by three daughters: Angala Kaye Boyd (Russ) of St. Louis, Dana Lynn Krutil of Sarasota, Florida, and Wilma Jean Gittemeier (Jerry) of Winfield, Missouri; one son: Brian Keith Clack (Diane) of Hillsboro, Missouri; seven grandchildren: Christopher Ray Boyd, Tara Scott, Tiffany Maldeney, Andrew David, Shane Michael and Colton Bailey Clack and Stephanie Frances Gittemeier; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one great-grandchild.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. on Monday May 3, 2021, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Hancock officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
The family request any memorials be given to St. Jude's Children’s Hospital.
