Clayborne, 34, of the 1500 block of Meadowbin Drive, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, in the 800 block of West Pine Street on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, stealing a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of amphetamine. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

John J. Mansfield, 39, of Van Buren was arrested a 6:57 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, in Carter County on suspicion of felony driving while revoked, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, speeding and a misdemeanor Carter County warrant. He was booked at the Wayne County jail.

Gregory A. Pippins, 56, of Bernie was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, in Stoddard County on a Greene County, Arkansas, felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance and being a fugitive, plus suspicion of no valid license and speeding. He was booked at the Stoddard County jail.

A 33-year-old woman suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 8:27 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, on County Road 4681, one-half mile southwest of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, Ashley N. Sutton, 33, of Poplar Bluff was southbound in a 2007 Nissan Versa on County Road 4681 when she traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a tree and overturned.

A 24-year-old man received moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday, April 13, at the intersection of Highway A and County Road 223 in Pemiscot County, two miles west of Wardell.
According to the report, the crash occurred when Jewel P. Mathis, 64, of Wardell was northbound in a 2012 Dodge Ram on County Road 223. Mathis failed to yield to a 2015 Chevrolet Impala that was westbound on Highway A and operated by Martrez A. Carter, 24, of Poplar Bluff, resulting in the accident.
Carter was transported by survival flight to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
