Twin Rivers R-X Head Start and Early Childhood Recruitment preschool screening and kindergarten enrollment will be 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, and Wednesday, March 10, at Twin Rivers High School in Broseley.
Parents should bring children from birth to 5 years of age, not yet in kindergarten, for the screening.
The screening will include health, speech/language, hearing, dental, vision and development.
Children enrolling in kindergarten must turn 5 before Aug. 1, 2021.
Information for applying for Head Start and Early Childhood programs will be available for children age 3 years before Aug. 1 up to school age.
Each child should bring immunization records, Social Security card, birth certificate and parent picture identification.
Children enrolling for kindergarten must also bring three items with physical address proving proof of residency.
