Gary Phillips, 74, of Poplar Bluff, passed away January 24, 2021 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Phillips was born Sept. 6, 1946.
Due to the circumstances of COVID, the family will announce a memorial service at a later time.
