Grubb, 29, of Van Buren was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of fewer than 10 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked at the Carter County Sheriff’s Department and released.

Dillon Jeffery Baker, 27, of the 300 block of Lee Avenue was booked at the Butler County jail Monday, Dec. 14, on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Noah Emmerson Burke, 35, of Poplar Bluff was booked at the Butler County jail Monday, Dec. 14, on a capias warrant for probation violation on an original non-support charge.

Brandon Scott Warmack, 27, of the 200 block of County Road 534 was booked at the Butler County jail Monday, Dec. 14, on warrants for no valid license and third-degree domestic assault.

Ronald Lynn Pinkerton of the 2200 block of Township Line Road reported his residence was forcibly entered between Saturday, Dec. 12, and 3:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14.

According to the report, a generator, glassware, jewelry, electric fire place and a stereo were stolen. A shop building also reportedly was forcibly entered.

Lynne M. Ray reported Wednesday, Dec. 9, that her trailer in the 600 block of County Road 468 had been entered and a water heater stolen.

Lisa Renee Ward of the 2300 block of Highway 53 reported Thursday, Dec. 10, that her driver’s license, Taurus pistol and holster had been stolen from her truck.

POPLAR BLUFF POLICE DEPARTMENT

A 59-year-old Poplar Bluff woman was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 3:32 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, at the intersection of Garfield and Harper streets.

According to the report, Cynthia Marie Heller of the 200 block of Euclid Street was operating a 2011 Hyundai Sonata northbound on Garfield when it vehicle off the shoulder of the road and coming to rest off the road.

Upon officers’ arrival, entry reportedly was gained through the rear driver’s side window due to the car being locked.

Heller was found slumped over, with her seat belt keeping her upright. Heller reportedly was extracted from her car and CPR was administered as she was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Carlando Mac Richardson, 44, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:51 a.m. Monday, Dec. 14, in the 1700 block of South Broadway on two Butler County failure to appear warrants for possession of a controlled substance and property damage and a Butler County warrant for probation violation on an original stealing charge. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Denise L. Ross, 38, no address listed, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, at Hillcrest Park on a Butler County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a municipal failure to appear warrant for fraud/illegal use of credit cards. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Nathan L. Hamilton, 32, of the 100 block of Dorothy Drive and Laura L. Adkinson, 33, of the 100 block of Kentucky Avenue were arrested at 3:50 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, on Lexington Avenue.

Hamilton was arrested on a warrant for parole violation and a Butler County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident.

Adkinson was arrested on a Butler County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Both were booked at the Butler County jail.
