Tomye D. White, 46, of Mill Spring was arrested at 7:26 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, on suspicion of three counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, Lorazepam and Hydrocodone), possession of fewer than 35 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat beat. She was booked at the Wayne County Jail.

Eric E. Cain, 42, of Bonne Terre, Missouri, at 2:09 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, on a federal warrant for probation violation. He was booked at the Stoddard County Jail.

BUTLER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

Jesse Dale LeGrand, 36, 100 block of County Road 4703 was booked at the Butler County jail Friday, Oct. 16, on suspicion of driving while revoked/suspended and no insurance and a failure to appear warrant for an open container violation.

Cody Marks, 39, of the 200 block of West Lexington was booked into the Butler County Jail Friday, Oct. 16, on suspicion of probation violation and possession of a controlled substance and a capias warrant for probation violation an original charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

Stephanie Lynn Welsh, 34, of Poplar Bluff was booked at the Butler County jail Friday, Oct. 16, on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle/trailer annually.

POPLAR BLUFF POLICE DEPARTMENT

Darius D. Thomas, 30, of the 1300 block of North 10th Street was arrested Friday, Oct. 16, on suspicion of second-degree property damage and peace disturbance. He was booked and released.

According to the report, officers responded to a call for shots fired in the 900 block of Henderson.

Kimberly Roberts reported Friday, Oct. 16, her 2006 PT Cruiser had been stolen. The vehicle had no transmission or battery and was missing a front tire had been in parked at in the 1800 block of North Grand Avenue.

April D. Thiele, 37, of Greenville was arrested in the 2900 block of North Westwood Boulevard on suspicion of DWI. She was booked and released on a criminal summons.

FIRE

City firefighters responded to a motor-vehicle crash at the intersection of North Main and Benton streets at 5.28 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16.

According to the report, a vehicle had struck an electric pole and an electric line had fallen across the road. Firefighters used their truck to block the road until Municipal Utilities personnel repaired the damage.

City firefighters responded at 5:36 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, to a fire alarm at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center Behavioral Health, 2620 N Westwood Blvd. It was investigation only.
