Aaron L. Freeman, 33, of Ellsinore was arrested at 6:42 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, on a Reynolds County warrant for a drug offense and on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked at the Carter County Sheriff’s Department.

Terina F. Manning, 45, of Fisk was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, on suspicion of DWI (drugs), failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to drive on the right half of the road and failure to comply with condition of restrictions of driver’s license. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Joshua R. Blagg, 34, of Corning, Arkansas, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. He was booked at the Wayne County Jail and released.

Daniel Wade Russell, 47, of the 1100 block of Bradley Street was booked at the Butler County jail Tuesday, Oct. 13, on suspicion of stealing and trespassing, four failure to appear warrants for possession of a controlled substance, stealing, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and first-degree trespassing and a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Bryant Edward Jenkins Sr., 50, of the 2000 block of Arkansas Avenue arrested at 4:50 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, at his residence on suspicion of resisting/interfering with an arrest/investigation. He was booked and release on a criminal summons.

James David-Griffith Wilkins, 35, of the 800 block of Kinzer Street was arrested at 12:18 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at his residence on suspicion of domestic assault. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Ramona Faytina Bayne of the 300 block of West Victor Street reported Monday, Oct. 12, that a TV had been stolen from her bedroom during the overnight hours.

A 25-year-old Poplar Bluff man was injured in a three-vehicle crash at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the intersection of Westwood Boulevard and Spring Street.

According to the report, Michaela Cheyann Jones, 18, of Neelyville was operating a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze northbound on Westwood Boulevard at Spring Street.

At the same time, Matthew Charles Lambert, 21, of the 1200 block of Barron Road was operating a 2019 Hyundai Elantra behind Jones’ car when it allegedly came to a stop.

Lambert’s vehicle allegedly struck the rear of Jones’ car.

Lambert’s vehicle then allegedly was struck in the rear by a 2006 Kia being operated Brandon S. Ray of the 300 block of South C Street.

Ray complained of rib and knee pain and was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.
