Poplar Bluff firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 10:26 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18 at 906 Foley St., where a van struck a house causing major damage. One passenger in the van was transported by emergency medical services.

Poplar Bluff firefighters responded to a vehicle accident at 2:27 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at 325 W. Harper St. stations one and three responded. A passenger was in the van, which was fully involved with fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire. The vehicle was impounded for the state investigator to inspect.
