The Poplar Bluff Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution held its September meeting recently, where Julie Braschler presented the program about the 19th Amendment. She reviewed the suffrage movement advocating women’s voting rights, and  had on display several posters from the era. Her program was part of the Poplar Bluff chapter’s Constitution Week activities. The chapter also installed new officers and members, including Regent Terry Temples, Chaplain Pat Libla and new members Beverly “Dusty” Nicholson and Debra Snyder.
