Clara June Hyde, 86 of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Westwood Health and Rehab Center. June was born March 18, 1934, in Marvel, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Thomas Levi and Clara Frieda (Reicken) Mayse. She married James Franklin (Frank) Hyde on May 26, 1956, in Poplar Bluff. Clara June Hyde, 86 of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Westwood Health and Rehab Center.

June was born March 18, 1934, in Marvel, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Thomas Levi and Clara Frieda (Reicken) Mayse. She married James Franklin (Frank) Hyde on May 26, 1956, in Poplar Bluff. Together they shared over 63 years of marriage before his passing on June 1, 2019.

June was a member of Fellowship General Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. She retired from Kneibert Clinic Business Office after many years of service. June enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, traveling with Frank, cooking for her family and decorating for holidays.

Survivors include four children, Cindy (Dennis) French of Poplar Bluff, Scott Hyde of St. Charles, Mo., Tina (John) Saunders of Republic, Mo., and Lori (Devin) Jones of Poplar Bluff; bonus son, Timothy Schultz of St. Charles; seven grandchildren, Matt (Jenni) Funke of Poplar Bluff, Allison (Jody) Pickett of London, Ohio, Tanner French of Jonesboro, Ark., Dylan Groves of Republic, Mo., Jonathan Saunders of Republic, Mo., Collin Jones of Poplar Bluff and Cameron Jones of Poplar Bluff; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters and brother in laws; Verneal Hyde, Della Keene, Darlene (Darrell) Hutchison, Paul (Jeanne) Hyde, Judy Soens and Gene (Debbie) Hyde; June is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

June was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Harold Mayse, Gladys Soens, Lillie Belle (Tillie) Soens, Mary (Simmons) Bland, Willa Spencer (Easter) and Thomas L. (Bud) Mayse.

Due to the current COVID Pandemic a private family memorial service was held at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo.
