Scarlette and Ulysses Bolen

Brooke Elizabeth and Roy Jackson Bolen are the parents of two children born March 3, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center’s Family BirthPlace in Cape Girardeau.

Their son, Ulysses Andrew Jackson Bolen, was born at 10:44 a.m.. He was a 5 lbs. 3 oz., and 19 inches in length.

Their daughter, Scarlette Mae Louise Bolen, was born at 10:45 a.m. She was 4 lbs. 3 oz., and 17.5 inches in length.

The couple lives in Harviell and has three other children.

Brooke Bolen is a stay at home mother and Roy Bolen works for Neelyville schools. The baby’s maternal grandparents are Becky Cate of Puxico and Robin Bolen of Tazewell, Virginia. He paternal grandparents are Ernie Cate of Puxico and Gerry Cummins of Van Buren, and Roy Bolen of Tazewell, Virginia.
