Whether you are new to canning, or you just need a refresher on something you have been doing for years, University of Missouri Extension’s Food Preservation Series can help preserve your produce. The Butler County Extension Office will be offering a workshop on canning grape jelly 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at the Butler County Extension office.
Cost will be $15 and each participant will take home a sample product.
