Charlene Pendegrass, 75, of Mesquite, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020 in Dallas, Texas. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020 at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan, Texas, with Bro. Ken Faling officiating.

Charlene was born Jan. 27, 1945 to the late Charles Foster and Erma Louise Carroll in Poplar Bluff, Mo. She spent her childhood in Broseley and graduated from Broseley High School. Charlene and Raymond Pendegrass married Dec. 24, 1964. Her occupation was in insurance accounting. Charlene loved to dance and play bingo. She also enjoyed reading. She was very family oriented and was the best Mom/Nana in the world and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Charlene is loved and will be missed by her husband, Raymond; son, Darrin Ray Pendegrass and Lorie Leann Bates of Emory, Texas; daughter, Rhetta Louise and Castulo Chavez of Mesquite, Texas; brothers, Mike and Kathy Carroll of Port Orchard, Wash., Terry and Anna Carroll of Desloge, Mo., and Murphy and Carol Carroll of Marble Hill, Mo.; sister, Marvalene Pierce of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; grandchildren, Kayla Lauren Calzada and Tristan Demone Pearson, Kimberley Sharee Calzada, Miranda Lyn Chavez and Marcella Rae Chavez; great-grandchildren, Javin Rene Calzada, Aliyah Marie Pearson, Adrian Ray Pearson, Amayah Marie-Jannah Leos and Ariya Lynn Johnson.
