__POPLAR BLUFF POLICE DEPARTMENT__

Sebastian Kane Ramirez, 21, of the 1400 block of Black River Industrial Park was arrested at 2:48 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, in the 500 block of South C Street on a municipal warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of first degree trespassing. He was booked at Butler County jail.

Nathaniel Kevin McCormick, 35, homeless was arrested at 8 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, in the 400 block of Vaden Road on a warrant for a parole violation. During booking at Butler County jail, McCormick fell to the floor and refused to verbally communicate with officers, according to the report. He was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for evaluation, where it was determined he needed to be hospitalized.

Marissa Nicole Risner, 26, of the 2700 block of Barron Road reported that between 6:30 a.m. and 3:29 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, unknown person(s) kicked in a door at her home and took money and camera equipment.

Joshua Mark Baker, 25, of Zalma was booked at Butler County jail Friday, Feb. 7, on suspicion of possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, possession of drug paraphernalia, stealing and a warrant for a Probation and Parole violation.

Barnes, 29, of Bernie was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled substance (marijuana), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to display valid plates and no seatbelt. He was booked at Stoddard County Jail and released.

She was booked at Butler County jail.
