Amy Lynn Stephens of Poplar Bluff, reported Monday, Nov. 11, a residence she is moving from in the 700 block of Poplar Street was entered by unknown person(s) sometime during the night of Nov. 10. Items reported stolen were a Chromebook, small toolbox, frozen food, shoes and other misc.

Alejandro Mercado of Tios Bar and Grill reported Tuesday, Nov. 12, unknown person(s) entered the business through an upstairs door.

According to the report a safe, video recorders and a monitor were reported missing. Damage to a cash drawer and television were also reported. Investigation is ongoing.

Estella N. Hopkins of the 500 block of Main Street reported Tuesday, Nov. 12, her unlocked and running 2008 Jeep Commander was entered by unknown person(s) while parked on the Walmart parking lot.

According to the report a billfold and cell phone were stolen and later recovered at J.C. Penney. An ID card and cash were reported as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

Kevin Dewayne Irby, 35, of Qulin, was arrested Monday, Nov. 11, on suspicion of driving while revoked/suspended and failure of owner/operator to operate a motor vehicle without insurance. He was booked at the Butler County Jail.

Kelly Gene Priest of the 2000 block of Orr Road, reported on Monday, Nov. 11, a residence he owns was entered by unknown person(s) between Oct. 26 and Nov. 4.

According to the report the home was ransacked and several items tampered with. Investigation is ongoing.

Patrick James Trentleman of the 6300 block of Highway 142, reported Monday, Nov. 11, a residence he owns was forcibly entered between Nov. 2 and Nov. 10. According to the report a door frame was damaged in the incident. Investigation is ongoing.

John A. McGuire of the 3500 block of South Westwood, reported Monday, Nov. 11, his residence was forcibly entered between 2:29 p.m. and 2:59 p.m. on the same day.

According to the report a door frame was damaged. No items were reported stolen.

Vincent Lee Kelley and Tiffany Lynn Goodwin, of the 200 block of County Road 527 reported Monday, Nov. 11, several jewelry items were missing from their residence. Investigation is ongoing.

Billy Dean Williams, 40, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 12, on failure to appeard warrants for distributing, delivering, manufacturing or attempt to possess with intent and possession of controlled substance. He was booked at the Butler County jail on a $20,000 bond.

Dexter — Kimberley Burton of Dexter, was arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 60 on Monday, Nov. 11, on suspicion of driving while impaired.

MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL

One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 8:05 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, on Highway 164, two miles east of Arbyrd.

According to the report, Christopher R. Payne, 29, of Hornersville was eastbound in a 2007 GMC Sierra when the vehicle travelled off the roadway and struck a utility pole.

Payne was taken by ambulance to Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould, Arkansas, with moderate injuries.
