DEXTER — John B. Stark Barney, 79, of O’Fallon, Mo., died Oct. 1, 2019 at NHC Healthcare in Town & Country, Mo.
Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. A graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
