ELLSINORE — Otis Ira Blocher, 84, of Ellsinore, died Sept. 11, 2019 at his residence.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14. in the Walton Chapel Cemetery in Ellsinore with Rev. Dennis Allen officiating.
