PIEDMONT — Virginia (Jennie) N. Shatley, 74, of Piedmont died Monday, Sept. 9, 2019 at her residence. Visitation will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 12 at Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont. The funeral will follow at noon in the Piedmont Chapel.
