City firefighters responded at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, to assist emergency-medical-services at 415 W. Harper St.
According to the report, firefighters helped move a patient down a flight of stairs and into an ambulance.
Firefighters returned to the home at 5:30 p.m. to assist EMS in getting the patient out of the ambulance and back into her home.
