NEELYVILLE — Rocky Dean Haynes Sr., 57, of Paragould, Ark., died Sept. 2, 2019 at the NEA Memorial Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5 at the Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville. The funeral will follow at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept 6 in the chapel. Burial will be in the Nelson Cemetery in Reyno, Ark.
