DEXTER, Mo. — Larry G. Southerland, 77, of Moscow Mills, Mo., formerly of Dexter, died Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Progress West in O’Fallon, Mo.
Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 23 at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Caroline Dowdy Cemetery in Dexter.
