POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. — Paula Kay Tibbs, 61, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
A gathering of family and friends will be at 5 p.m. Friday, March 8 at First Baptist Church with a Celebration of Life following at 7 p.m. Pastor Brandon Spain will officiate.
