DONIPHAN, Mo. — William Donald ‘Bill’ Allen, 80, of Pontiac, Mo., died Monday, March 4, 2019 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Visitation will be at noon Thursday, March 7 at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Elizabeth Cemetery.
