City firefighters responded at 2:07 p.m. Wednesday to a report off an unauthorized burn at the 918 Poplar St. residence owned by Nancy Thompson.
According to the report, firefighters found Thompson burning trash in her front yard and used 50 gallons of water to put out the fire.

City firefighters responded at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday to a possible carbon monoxide leak at the 2012 Fernwood Road residence owned by David Silverberg. It was investigation only.
According to the report, firefighters used a multigas meter to check all possible sources of carbon monoxide in the residence. Nothing was found.

City firefighters responded at 8:20 a.m. Monday to assist emergency-medical-services personnel at 1933 Greenwood.
According to the report, firefighters obtained a key from the building’s landlord, and firefighters assisted in loading a patient.
